VAWT INNOVATION

THE PRINCIPLE OF MAGLEV TRAIN Maglev trains are high-tech vehicle by the use of magnetic attraction and repulsion. Simply, repulsion makes train suspension and attraction makes train running. Maglev trains are equipped with superconducting magnets and the bottom of the railway installed with magnetized coils. After electrified, the magnetic polarity produced by magnetized coil keep consistent with train magnet; According to “ homo-polarity mutually exclusive” , repulsion is produced and makes the train suspension. Different from the momentum of conventional trains, the power of maglev trains does not come from locomotive but tracks. Coils are installed on both sides of tracks, and AC changes them into electromagnet, which interacts with magnet on the train. When the train running, the magnet (N polarity) in the locomotive is attracted by the electromagnet(S polarity) in front of the tracks and pushed by the magnet (N polarity)behind. As a result, the train goes forward due to the front pull and the behind push. When the train arrives at a certain place, the current in the coil reverses flow. The result is the original S coil become N one, and vice versa.

MAGLEV VERTICAL AXIS WIND TURBINE Maglev makes the VAWT with much smaller friction, more efficient and longer life! The problem the traditional structure of VAWT of is the weight from the VAWT makes bearings bear larger axial force, makes bearings frayed largely and shorten the life. At the same time, due to the increase in friction, the system loss mechanical energy and reduce the efficiency. Maglev VAWT use the attracted gather of disc stator and permanent magnetic rotor, in other words, use the attracted gather of magnetic core and the permanent magnet, which makes the bearing overcome axial force and reduce bearing's attrition and lengthen bearing's service life. At the same time, reduce bearing's frictional force, improve the mechanical efficiency.

For our variable-wing leaves on the new VAWT, when the front part against the wind, the left and right aileron will close to the main wing and the resistance is reduced. But when the front part down the wind, the left and the right aileron will away from the main wings and get driving force from the other side of the wind. So you can see the principle of the new VAWT: fully use of the wind energy.
