Booking Confirmation Bookings are confirmed after we have received a booking request either through email or fax with payment of the initial deposit equal to 10% of the total rental cost. Please see the refund policy below.

Balance Payment The remaining balance is due to the arrival date.

Cancellations

1. Cancellations must be intimated in writing. We will apply the following cancellation fees should a booking be cancelled within the specified periods.

2. Over 15 days prior to arrival date Full Refund

3. 15 to 7 days prior to arrival date 50%

4. 7 days or under prior to arrival date 100%

Cancellation by Magnolia Villa In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your reservation we shall refund the entire amount paid.

Please Note 1. Our standard check out time is 12:00 noon. For guaranteed early check-in the reservation must be made for the night prior to arrival.

2. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and American Express Credit Cards for payments towards extras at the villa.

3. In the event that the performance of this agreement is delayed by or prevented by any cause beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitations, any acts or orders of government authorities; or by fire or explosion; necessary and essential construction; arrest or seizure and legal process, Magnolia Villa shall be discharged of its obligation to provide accommodation or other services.

4. We reserve the right to change policies at any time and these policies shall override the terms in the Reservation Policies as and where applicable.

5. The sound pollution law in Jaipur is very strict. It is prohibited by the law to play loud music after 10pm.

6. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Rajasthan applicable to contracts entered into and performed exclusively in that State. Any court of competent jurisdiction sitting within Rajasthan will be the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement.
