    Creating a Maintenance Order

    (1) Type the T-Code IW31 in the Transaction Field then click or press Enter.

    (2) Choose the appropriate entries for the following fields:

    (a) Order Type* PM01 for Internal Maintenance Order (in-house) PM02 for All Works Maintenance Order (contractor)

    (b) Priority 1-Very High 2-High 3-Medium 4-Low

    (c) Func. Loc. Functional Location BCA-B01 to 17 or choose from the list

    (d) Plng plant Planning plant 0100-1700, 5000, 6000 or 7000 * You cannot change the value for this field once saved.

    Press ENTER.

    (3) Enter all required information pertaining to the Maintenance Order to be issued in the Header Data tab:

    (a) Description of the Maintenance Order (short text), (b) Planner Group, choose from the drop down selection.

    Examples for Muntinlupa (1700): 000 Technical Team 001-007 Zone Team 1-7 NR1 MLBA NRW Ops NRW MLBA NRW Central

    (c) Main Work Center, choose from the drop down selection. Examples for Muntinlupa (1700): ZONE1-7 Zone Teams 1-7 PRFTBA10 S-AW-MLBA-001-10 RMVCBA10 S-AW-MLBA-002-10 APCNR10 S-CNRW-AWML-001-10 MNDCNR10 S-CNRW-AWML-002-10

    (d) PM Activity Type Example: 009 Point Repair

    (e) Basic Start/Finish Dates *These fields must reflect the actual start and finish dates of the job *If dates are non-working days (weekends), just press ENTER when the following warning appears:

    (4) Click the Display addresses icon.

    (5) Click the Maintain partner address icon.

    (6) Provide the address information accordingly in each of the appropriate

    field. Among the most important information are as follows:

    Street/House Number Postal Code City Country (mandatory field)

    (7) Enter the MRU covering the location of the maintenance order in the c/o field.

    Note that this field is not readily displayed under the Street

    Address section. To display this field alongside others, click first on

    the More Fields icon.

    User has the option to fill-up other MO particulars in the Address Maintenance screen such as Title and Name for which the job order is intended. Fill-up these details in the Title and Name fields accordingly (top most portion).

    (8) After the address details have been provided, Press ENTER. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- (9) Click the Components tab. Enter the appropriate values under the

    following columns: (a) Components Material codes (b) Quantity Numeric value (c) Unit e.g. PCE, ROL, SET (d) Sloc e.g. 0100-1700, CONT, NRW or NCON

    METR, TLEM, NETW, 600A, 700A (e) Plant 0100-1700, 5000, 6000, 7000

    To check the availability of material components in your storage location, access T-Code MMBE. If you need to request a transfer of materials from Socea Bonna or other warehouses, access T-Code MB21. **See procedure for Transfer Reservation (TR)

    Press ENTER. *The material description will automatically appear when you press Enter.

    (10) Click or press Ctrl+S to Save. Take note of the Maintenance Order and Notification numbers at the lower left side of the screen.

    Editing/Releasing a Maintenance Order

    (1) Type the T-Code IW32 in the Transaction Field then click or press Enter.

    (2) Type the Maintenance Order number you wish to change.

    Press ENTER. (3) Make the necessary changes you wish to effect on the Maintenance

    Order. If you have already issued the maintenance order to the Work

    Team, click to release then click or press Ctrl+S to Save. *Note: Releasing can be done before saving during MO Creation. Displaying the Details of a Maintenance Order

    (1) Type the T-Code IW33 in the Transaction Field then click or press Enter.

    (2) Type the Maintenance Order number you wish to view.

    Press ENTER. (3 You can navigate through all tabs to view the details for the

    Maintenance Order.

    *You can also check the Costs tab for the planned costs, actual costs, the breakdown of actual costs and settlement status of the MO under Rep. Plan/Act.
