WHO ARE WARNER MUSIC GROUP Warner Music Group (WMG) is an American multinational entertainment and record label conglomerate based in New York.

It is one of the "big three“ music recording companies and the third largest in the global music industry.

With a multibillion-dollar annual turnover, WMG employs more than 3,500 people and has operations in more than 50 countries throughout the world.

The company owns and operates some of the largest and most successful record labels in the world, including its extended labels Warner Bros. Records and Atlantic Records.

In 1976, they took a large leap and purchased “Atari” which was a large computing company.

In 2010, the CEO of WMG said they wills top streaming songs to free music sites. They hav also capitalized on the creativity of their artist and allowed them to have subsidiary labels. For Example, Wiz Khalifa’s “Taylor Gang”
