TransferUsinga lefse turningstick, slide thestickunder the lefsesheet (middleofsheet)makingsuretokeepthetipofthestickdown.Liftgentlyfromtheboardandmovequicklytothelefsegrill.Matchingtheedgeofyourlefsetotheedgeofthelefsegrill,laythelefsedownand“unroll”.Againyouwillneedtomovequickly,andinonesmoothmotion.Ifyoumissthegrillandpartofyourlefseishangingoff,letitcookfor10-15seconds,thenusingahotpad,layitontopofthecookingportionoflefseandgentlypullthelefsethatishangingoffontothegrill.Anothermethodtotransferistofliptheedgeofasheetoverthestickandrollinacoupleturnsandthenliftup,againmatchyourlefsetothegrill,laydownandunroll.
