Weststar and CITN/Cayman 27 are working to change their corporate culture. We believe that instead of spouting off a bunch of values that don't mean anything to us, the time had come to articulate who we are and who we want to be.

Where are we now? •  We are under new ownership. •  We are experiencing competition for the first time. •  We are making a significant investment in the local community with our fibre

infrastructure not only to improve the quality of our products, but also to enhance the local economy, education, and healthcare systems.

•  We have launched new products into the market. •  We are experiencing a steep learning curve. •  We need to grow these new products, whilst also maintaining our legacy product

offering. •  We have hired many new employees – the company is getting bigger! •  We need to justify investments already made and continued future investment. •  We need faster revenue growth to continue to grow the business.

Unfulfilled Potential We hire great people, so how do we ensure employee engagement and morale are high? How do we increase

customer satisfaction, improve product quality and customer service quality? Business returns are lower

than expected because we are not the quality leader we aim to be.

   We have a big opportunity to transform WestStar by

and customer experiences.
