MODULE 1:

“Fierce Confidence”

Lesson 1:

– Ask yourself where you need to start working on

your self worth.

– Write 10 Empowering Affirmations that are the

opposite of what you are experiencing. Your

affirmations should be uplifting, edifying and

make you feel amazing about yourself.

– Each Affirmation should begin with “I AM”.

– Post your list of affirmations on your bathroom

mirror and commit to declaring them daily. You

must see yourself as what you are declaring.

Dating Tip:

Before going on a date, repeat the 5 confident

characteristics you came up with in the mental

exercise I walked you through in this module and

repeat those words to yourself before going on a

date, and know that’s what YOU are bringing to

the table.

MODULE 2:

“Emotional Energy +

Feminine Communication”

Lesson 1:

– Make a list of your feminine and masculine

characteristics, pick one or two to begin working

on.

– Refine your walk & posture to exude your

feminity. Walk with your head up, shoulders back

and stand tall. Walk with purpose and grace.

– Work on your tone of voice + facial expressions.

Dating Tip:

Practice the “Art of Allowing”, allow your date to

open the door for you, to pay for your dinner etc.

Always express your appreciation for his kindness.

1. Do a closet inventory & cleaning

– Discard clothes that make you feel masculine

– Clear out clutter

– Get rid of any unkempt under garments

– Begin slowly adding beautiful pieces to your

wardrobe

– Get yourself an attractive house dress i.e.- lounge

Lesson 1:

– Write a journal entry on how you truly feel about

the possibility of your future relationship and what

thoughts you think about men.

– Release all negative beliefs to God and do not

revisit those limiting thought patterns.

– Think about what media you are consuming. Are

you watching media and listening to music &

people who are speaking of the blessing of

marriage or against it?

– Be very mindful this week on what you are

speaking, believing and listening to.
