Kaiser On-the-Job is a managed care organization (MCO) dedicated to providing employees with health care for work-related injury and illness. Kaiser On-the-Job occupational medicine specialists practice at seven medical offices in the Portland area, including Salem, Vancouver, and Longview.

When you need care for a workplace injury, call for an appointment in Occupational Health at the location most convenient to you. You don’t need to be a Kaiser Permanente member, and you don’t need a referral.

Initial appointments and follow-up care

•For urgent care, messaging, advice, nurse case management, or initial and follow-up appointments, contact the Occupational Health Service Center during regular hours.
