We  build  eldercare  leaders.  Hear  what  our  participants  say  about  E.L.D.E.R.  courses

Leadership  helped  me  speak  up  in  situations  when  I  normally  would  have  waited  for  aprivate  moment  to  speak.    I  now  understand  my  role  in  the  context  of  my  organization, and  how  I  can  develop  my  own  style  to  be  more  effective  for  myself  and  my  team.

—  Case  Worker,  Human  Services  Agency

In  Effective  Communication,  I  benefited  from  talking  about  work  challenges  in  aneutral  environment,  outside  of  work,  with  new  faces.  I  felt  free  to  speak  my  mindwith  an  instructor  and    classmates  who  were  able  to  relate  to  my  experiences.

—  Junior  Manager,  Adult  Day  Health  Organization

Learning  how  to  approach  Conflict  at  work  was  interesting  to  me  because  I've  avoidedit  for  the  most  part.  Developing  an  emotional  intelligence  of  groups  helps  whenstrategically  planning  how  to  grow  as  a  team.
