Note: All course participants must

successfully complete the Managing Bene-

fits Foundation exam prior to commencing

the Practitioner course. Participants have

the option of continuing immediately to

undertake the Practitioner course and

exam (2 days), or to register for a later

Practitioner course and exam session.

Certification Levels

Foundation level

Delivered over three days, Managing Benefits® is a blend

of course participation, audio-visual presentations, and

case studies. Evening work and study is required.

Practitioner level

Delivered over two days, the Managing Benefits®

Practitioner Course is the practical extension of the

Foundation course. Participants are challenged to apply

their learning while revising Foundation course topics and

preparing for a comprehensive, scenario-based exam.
