Equality and diversity is not just
about providing fairness for all, it’s
also an important part of winning
more work, creating stronger teams
and improving the bottom line.
With so many of our managers
coming from trade backgrounds in
a homogeneous industry there are
often misunderstandings about not
only diversity in construction but
how to manage teams as a whole.
Our one day course looks at how to
improve not just diversity but
teams in general, after all we are all
different. We also consider the
social, legal and wider economic
arguments for diversity, firmly
installing in delegates that this is as
much about improving business
and securing their long term future,
as looking after those in the
minority.
