Fijar el equipo en el suelo con tornillos parabolt. Instalar el soporte horizontal.

Bolt down equipment on the ground.. Mount on the horizontal bracket.

Instale el soporte vertical.Slide the secure shaft in and secure it with the locking pin.

Slide the vertical bracket in the bench.Coloque el passador y la traba de seguridad.

Place the hydraulic pump on its base securing it on its base with the four screws.Instale la bomba hidraúlica y sujetela con los 4 tornillos y tuercas. 03

Mount the piston on the vertical bracket and secure it with the bolt and nut. Mount the rim connect fringe on the axel.

Install the security washer and tighten the screw, so the rim connect flange will rotate tightly.

The double sided rim connect fringe has a 3,4 and 5 letter coded bolt pattern.

Instale el pistón en el soporte vertical y asegurelo con el tornillo y la tuerca. Instale la brida multiorificios en el eje.

Coloque la arandela y la tuerca, ajuste lo suficiente para que la brida pueda girar con más tensión.

. La brida tiene dos lados con marcas 3, 4 y 5

09Coloque el cilindro hidráulico en el pin de la guía.

Ajustar las tuercas con llave 19 mm en siguiendo un patrón en `X` en el apretado. Use la imagen 10 como referencia

Para identificar el punto de deformación de la rueda, utilize la vara de de medición. Acerque la punta de la vara y ruede la rueda hasta una posición donde la vara no toque el rin, esa es la zona que será enderezada.

Using the gauge rod identify the areas to be corrected. Place the tip of the rod on the wheel making light contact, then rotate the wheel to locate the areas where the rod not longer makes contact and mark it prior to correction.

Haga una marca en los puntos donde la punta de la Varilla de medicióntoca en la rueda. Marque el punto medio. Ya que es ese punto el que deberá ser enderezado.

Mark both ends of the rim’s bended section and then find and mark the centerpoint

15Clip the security pin on the closest hole to the hydraulic cylinder on the rail.

Coloque el accesorio de seguridad en uno de los orificios de la guía, más cercano al pistón hidráulico.

Place the hydraulic Cylinder on the security rail. .

Locate the hydraulic cylinder rail safety pin.Coloque el pistón hidráulico en la guia de seguridad. Coloque el pin de seguridad en el riel.

Rotate the safety lock handle to the right tightning up the rim from the bottom

Coloque el dispositivo apropiado en el pistón,que haga tope

Gire la traba de seguridad hasta apoyarla en la parte de abajo del rin

Clip the appropriate shaping accessory on the hydraulic cylinder shaft top.

En casos donde no tenga espacio suficiente para colocar el accesorio «A», inicie el enderezado con el accesorio de proteccion de la vara del pistón «B» y finalize colocando nuevamente el accesorio «A».

If there is not enough space to clip the shaping accessory on the hydraulic cylinder shaft (Image “A”) use the flat round hydraulic cylinder shaft cap (Image“B”)

Operate the hydraulic pump to begin the correction.Accione la bomba hidráulica para accionar el enderezado

20 Using the hydraulic cylinder, apply pressure upwards on the rim and begin tapping with the led hummer the areas previously marked for correction. When the hydraulic cylinder reaches its maximum pressure point continue tapping withthe hammer and working on the marked area until obtaining the desired results.Mantenga el pistón hidráulico presionando la rueda y de unos golpes con el martillo de tecnil en las proximidades del lugar que esta siendo enderezado, esos golpes son para liberar la resistencia del material del rin, usted percibirá que el pistón hidráulico no estara mas presionado, lo que es señal de que la rueda esta retomando su forma correcta, continue este proceso hasta conseguir la corrección deseada.

El equipo fue desarrollado para pequeñas reparaciones, cuando la corrección sea de mayor envergadura, se debe calentar el lugar a ser corregido con soplete, de esa forma conseguirá mejores resultados en casos extremos.
