INTRODUKTION INTRODUCTIONidroscan är en digital tryckmätare som styrs av en mikroprocessor. En praktisk och ekonomisk lösning att mäta tryck och temperatur med hög noggrannhet och pålitlighet.

idroscan har en inbyggd DataLogger funktion som kan lagra upptill 60000 mätpunkter i tidssteg från 1 sekund till 10 timmar per mätpunkt.Mätsystemet består av en analog del och en A/D omvandlare med 16 bitars upplösning (65000 divisioner).Genom användning av traditionell- och SMT-teknologi är mätarenresistent mot vibration och mekanisk stress, vilket medför en pålitlighet av alla ingående komponenter.

De 2 inbyggda batteriernas (typ AAA – 1,5V) får en livslängd på cirka ett år tack vare AUTO POWER OFF funktionen som stänger ned mätaren om inga värden ändras under 30 minuter.

Genom att välja läge TEMPERATURE visas temperatur på det media som är i kontakt med mätarens sensor på display.

idroscan is a digital manometer controlled by a microprocessor. It is a practical and economical solution to perform measures of pressure and temperature while maintaining a good accuracy and reliability.The idroscan has set the DATA LOGGER function which allows you to store up to 60,000 measurement points in regular time steps from 1s to 10 hours per point.The measurement system consists of an analog section particularly stable and an A /D converter with 16-bit resolution (65000 divisions).To increase the level of integration of components has been used a mixed technology, traditional and SMT, that makes the indicator resistant to vibration and mechanical stress as well as ensuring the reliability of the circuit.2 Internal batteries (size AAA - 1.5V) provide a range of 1 year, thanks to the function of AUTO POWER OFF which occurs when there are no changes in the measure for a time of 30 minutes.By selecting the reading of the TEMPERATURE can be displayed on the display the temperature of the fluid in contact with the pressure sensor

INSTALLATION INSTALLATIONInstallation ska utföras av auktoriserad personal, för en snabbare installation följ instruktionerna nedan:

STARTA MÄTAREN INSTRUMENT SWITCHING ONNär mätaren startas utför den en test som visas i displayen genom att alla ikoner tänds. Några sekunder efter att testet avslutats visas uppmätt tryck. Om “LLLL.." (för högt undertryck) eller "UUUU.." (för högt övertryck) visas, ställ omgående in trycket i systemet så att det ligger inom mätarens skalområde.

When instrument switches on, it performs the display check with the switching on of all the segments, then it shows the release for a few second and finally the torque measured; in case a series of “L” (negative full scale overload) or a series of "U" (positive full scaleoverload) appears, please act in order to bring the pressure back within its full scale value.

BESKRIVNING AV KNAPPAR KEYS DESCRIPTION

Knapp med tre funktioner:Tryck på SET för att starta manometern.För meny inställning tryck ned SET i cirka 3 sekunder.Vid nedtryckning av SET i 5 sekunder stängs manometern av.

Key with three functions: 1) ON to switch on the indicator.2) SET to enter into the configuration menu (keep the key

pressed for approx. 3 seconds).3) During the measurement, if pressed for 5 seconds it performs

the manual indicator switching (OFF).

Knapp med tre funktioner:Tryck på ZERO under mätning för att sätta en nollpunkt (max 50% av full skala).Vid nedtryckning av ZERO i cirka 5 sekunder avaktiveras nollfunktionen.I meny inställning minskas ( ) värdet för vald parameter.

Key with 3 functions: 1) During the measurement it performs the display ZERO (max

50% FS);2) If kept pressed for about 5 sec. it deactivates the ZERO

function displaying the offset of the manometer.3) Inside the setting menu it decreases ( ) the value on the

display.

Key with 4 functions:1) During the measurement, if pressed for a second, it activates

the PEAK+ function, (it displays the highest pressure detected after having activated the function).

2) During the measurement, if pressed for 5 sec., it activates the PEAK- function (it displays the lowest pressure detected after having activated the function).

3) During the measurement, if pressed for 8 sec., it activates the temperature measure.

4) Inside the setting menu increases ( ) the value on the display.



MENY INSTÄLLNING SETTING MENUFör komma in i meny, tryck tangent SET i cirka 3 sekunder tills den första parametern syns på display (FL digitalt filter). Tryck SETantingen för att gå till nästa parameter eller för att lämna menyinställningar. Tryck SET efter den sista parametern både för att spara och för att återgå till mätningsläge. Nya satta värden blir aktiverade när du lämnar meny inställningar.

To enter into setting menu press the SET key (approx.3sec.) until the first parameter appears on display (FL digital filter). Press SETeither to go to next parameters or to exit from setting menu. Press SET after the last parameter both to save data and to come back to measurement mode. New set values become active at the exit of setting menu.

DIGITALT FILTER DIGITAL FILTER

FL XX Denna parameter ändrar effekten av det Digitalafiltret. Genom att öka XX-värdet får man fram ett medelvärde på instabilt tryck eller tryckstötar. Värdet kan ställas mellan 0 - 99.Om man använder PEAK funktion rekommenderas att digital filtrets värde sätts så lågt som möjligt, eftersom man annars inte får fram topparna, PEAK+ och PEAK-.

FL XX This parameter changes the effect of the Digital Filter. By increasing the XX value, filter effect increases, allowing the user to detect the average value of unsteady or pulsating pressures. Selectable values go from 0 to 99.This function also acts on display conversion speed, therefore if the operator wants to detect the peaks, it is recommendable to decrease at the minimum the filter effect.



UPPLÖSNING RESOLUTION

r XX In this step it is possible to set the resolution used to display the pressure, the selectable values are: 1, 2, 5 and 10.

AUTO OFF (AUTOMATISK AVSTÄNGNING) AUTO-POWER OFF TIME

oFFXX Automatisk avstängningfunktion värde XX kan ställas till mellan 1 och 30 minuter.Vid konstant mätning, ställ värdet på 0 så stängs mätaren aldrig av.Nedräkning av tiden börjar när mätaren inte känner av tryckförändringar högre eller lägre än10% av det satta trycket.

oFFXX It set the time in minutes (from 1 up to 30) before the Auto-power off function activates, in case of constant measurement; by setting 0(zero) the instrument never switches off.Auto power off function starts working if the indicator does not detect changes higher than 10% of set pressure.

DATALOGGER ÖVERSIKT DATALOGGER ManagementDataLoggern kan lagra upp till 60.000 mätpunkter i steg från 1s till10 timmar enligt angiven parameter t1 som definieras i meny inställning. Mätcykelns längd anges av parameter t2 som definieras i meny inställning. Data som lagrats under den senastedatalagringen sparas i ett permanent minne inne i mätaren så att värdena finns tillgängliga tills en ny mätcykel skapas.

Notera:Samtliga funktioner av DataLoggern är fullt åtkomliga via PC med program Quick Analyzer, vilket gör att man kan:

Visa status av nuvarande mätcykelLadda ned mätningar.Spara mätresultat i en fil.Visa mätkurva.Skriva ut mätkurva.Exportera mätkurva till Microsoft Excel.Starta/Stoppa en mätcykel.Ställa in parameter t1 och t2.

The DataLogger can store up to 60,000 measurement points insteps ranging from 1s to 10 hours according to the parameter t1defined in the Setting Menu. Cycle length is determined by the parameter t2 always defined in the Setting Menu.Data stored during the last Datalogging are permanently saved in nonvolatile memory within the gauge so that the measures will always be accessible until the creation of a new cycle ofmeasurement Note:The functionality of the DataLogger is fully manageable from the PC using the Quick Analyzer software through which you can:

View the status of the current cycle.Download all the measurements.Save all measurements on a file.Display the test curve.Print the test curve.Export to Microsoft Excel the test curve.Make the START / STOP of a cycle.Set the parameters t1 and t2.



STARTA CYKEL:

Tryck ned båda knapparna och inågra sekunder.

Varje gång ett mätresultat sparas visas ikonen SP2 i en sekund.

CYCLE START:

VIEW DATE:

KALIBRERING AV FULL SKALA (TRYCK) FULL SCALE CALIBRATION (PRESSURE)Denna procedur är endast inkluderad i denna manual för dokumentation och får endast utföras av ett auktoriseratkalibreringscenter och endast vid absolut behov. AEP transducersavsäger sig allt ansvar för fel som orsakats av ändringar som ej utförts av auktoriserat kalibreringscenter. Ändringar av detta slag avslutar giltighet av tryckmätarens SIT certifiering.

Håll ned ON och PEAK knapparna i några sekunder.

WARNING: These procedures are included in this manual for documentation, but must be performed by authorized calibration centers and only if necessary. BYTE AV BATTERI BATTERIES REPLACEMENTMätaren levereras med 2 st icke laddningsbara Alkaline batterier (typ AAA 1,5V) med en livslängd på cirka 1 år. Varning för låg batterinivå visas på display med LbAtt. Mätningar utförda med låg batterinivå kan bli missvisande så byt snarast ut batterierna.Vid byte av batterier, rengör kontakter från eventuell oxidering och

kontrollera så attkontaktytorna ligger spända mot batterierna. Tryck till dem vid behov. (Detta kan oxå kontrolleras vid eventuella problem med mätaren.)

The instrument is supplied with 2 not rechargeable Alkalinebatteries (AAA type 1,5V), with an average autonomy of 1 year.Batteries consumption is signaled by the LbAtt message, the measurements performed during this phase could be altered: replace therefore the batteries. During this operation clean up the

clips contacts from possible oxydation and check the pressure exerted by external flaps on each battery: please increase it if necessary.

Verify the electrical contact also in presence of malfunctions.

Alkaline batterierna lämnas till återvinningscentral enligt gällande miljölag.

ALKALINE batteries shall be either recycled or disposed properly.

OBSERVERA:Om mätaren inte kommer att användas under längre tid rekomenderar vi att batterierna demonteras.
