If you are manually extracting samples using a vacuum manifold...
Take the ITSP Solutions ChallengeWe believe that it may be possible for you to develop your own “Proof of Concept Application” using these simple tools. We also believe that you should be able to reduce all of the solvents required for the extraction to less than the volume of an autosampler vial.
If you accept the challenge, are successful and want to consider implementing ITSP™ in your lab, contact us and we will develop the macros from your method and transfer them to the PAL System. We will then send them to you and your PAL System Dealer for a live demo. If you purchase an ITSP™ PAL System ITSP Solutions, Inc. will throw in the hardware kit, less installation and support for free!

1. Simply begin by proportionally scaling down your manual method to a volume around 100µL per solvent and/or sample.
2a. Single Cartridge Holder and ITSP Cartridge
2b. Insert ITSP Cartridge
2c. Insert Vial
3. After all components are combined using Hamilton 1710 Series or PAL System Syringe (or equivalent), use the vials without the inserts for your conditioning washes, raw sample load and wash after sample load.
4. Use the vial with the insert for your final elution of the extracted compounds of interest.
