The Basics Students take a 15-minute online survey
between Sept 13 and Oct 9 They get an immediate, individualized,
online feedback report Five areas: Academic, Socio-Emotional,
Behaviors and Activities, Performance and Expectations, Financial Means
Same time: “connected” faculty/staff get online status report regarding high, moderate and low risk status of each of their students
Some “connected” faculty/staff “intervene”
