Birth Preparation ClassesClasses start Tuesdays, March 4 from 6:30–8:30 p.m. or Fridays, March 7 from 9–11 a.m. for four weeks. Free classes for those delivering at Beloit Hospital and $25 for those delivering elsewhere. Call 364-5237 to register.

Breastfeeding ClassesMeets March 5 from 6–8:30 p.m. This class is free of charge to all. Prepare the way for a successful breastfeeding experience by attending this class before you have your baby, or attend after the birth with your baby. Call 364-5237 to register.

Counseling Care Center

Adolescent Substance Abuse Treatment

If you have concerns about your teen’s use of alcohol and other drugs, call Amanda at 364-5686 for a substance abuse assess-ment. This program provides individual and group therapy to help educate teens on sub-stance use risks, increase coping skills, and assist youth with making healthy choices. (Note: This program also meets require-ments for teens involved with the court sys-tem due to Underage Drinking citations.)

Evidence Based Practice Anxiety Group

(New Group Forming March 4th from 11:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m. for 10 weeks)

Group meets two hours per week for 8-12 weeks, depending on the needs of the participants. Do you find yourself worrying about many things most of the time? Are you having problems sleeping because you can-not stop the worry? Does this worry affect your relationships with others because you are often irritable, can't concentrate, or too tired to do things?
