Natural chemicals, enzymes, and nutrients work together to promote good sleep. Almonds for instance, contain high levels of melatonin, a hormone that helps regulates sleeping. Tart cherries contain 4 sleep regulating compounds: serotonin, melatonin, tryptophan, and potassium. St. Patrick'sDay Sleep affects every aspect of health,

from your mood to how your organs

function. Some people take pills and

medicine to help them sleep but did you

know that there are foods that can make

a big difference in helping you sleep?

Natural chemicals, enzymes, and

nutrients work together to promote good

sleep. Almonds for instance, contain high

levels of melatonin, a hormone that

helps regulates sleeping. Tart cherries

contain 4 sleep regulating compounds:

serotonin, melatonin, tryptophan, and

potassium. In sleep studies there has

who ate kiwi, and fatty fish 1 hour before

bedtime. Chamomile tea is also

which researchers think is due to a

remedies work for you!

Path to Well-Being

One of the best ways to thrive is to get out of your comfort zone and try

something new! We have an extraordinary outing this month-

Snowshoeing! Don't miss out on this wonderful opportunity to see how

much fun you are capable of having. We will be snowshoeing at Tinker

Park on 3.30 and the cost will be just $3.

Challenge yourself to try something different this month. One way to do

that is to have fun doing Karaoke with us on 3.24. Another activity to try

out is Balloon Ball on 3.24, a game similar to volley ball, made easier with

a balloon. Discussion Group held on 3.4 and 3.23 is a great way to
