CARGO RESERVATIONS MADE EASY

MARGO BOOKING is a user-friendly web-based Cargo res-

ervation system. Accessible to own agencies and external

agents such as freight forwarders, MARGO BOOKING is

easy to implement and can also be integrated to the airline’s

website.

Thanks to increased automation and effective validation

workflow, MARGO BOOKING enables airlines to boost their

revenue by adapting to cargo’s offer and demand in real

time.

MARGO BOOKING REQUEST

MARGO BOOKING Request Module enables all agents to

submit their cargo reservation on available scheduled flights.

Depending on the nature of goods, booking requests can be

either automatically accepted or subject to the Airline Book-

ing Manager’s approval. Furthermore, airlines enhance their

productivity since booking agents can fill numerous cargo

information such as units, weight, dimensions, applicable

charges, etc.

MARGO BOOKING MANAGER

MARGO BOOKING Manager offers flight dashboards to

monitor booking requests while adjusting cargo capacities in

real time. This module provides the flexibility to accept, reject

or transfer booking requests to other flights as well as allo-

cating cargo consignments to specific storages. With regards

to passenger load factor and aircraft configuration, the

BOOKING Manager offers to airlines the means to optimize

cargo space & revenue.

MARGO BOOKING Manager controls the extent of agents’

accesses to BOOKING Request Module. For agents who

can issue AWBs, the BOOKING Manager can let them seize

AWB information at time of Booking Request and to inte-

grate them in MARGO AWB Solution.

SIMPLIFYING AWB ISSUANCE

MARGO AWB aims at simplifying the issuance and handling

of electronic and paper Air Waybills. It provides to airline

stations around the world access to its user-friendly multilin-

gual application that integrates cargo messaging capabilities

(i.e. Cargo IMP, SITATEX, Custom messages.)

REAL-TIME MONITORING

With MARGO AWB, airlines can monitor issuing stations’

activities at a back-office level and control the allocated AWB

stock. Airline stations can keep track of their cash register in

order to generate Cargo sales reports, which provide real

time information that can be integrated to other systems (i.e.

MARGO CRA, 3rd Party Systems.)

HANDLING CAPABILITIES

Moreover, MARGO AWB includes a Handling module which

features cargo manifests management. Thus, airlines can

internally manage cargo manifests creation (including Mail

and empty ULDs), load sheet generation, part-shipments

and transfers, among other capabilities.

FLEXIBLE APPROACH

MARGO AWB benefits from a highly flexible approach as

well. User accesses can be limited to a specific stock of

AWBs (useful for multi-airline AWB issuance), default

charges rate and rules, and automatic cargo messaging

transmission to default recipient.
