Projects IV-V 2012/2013

Antofagasta, Chile.

- Refuge 20 room + 3 suites

- Spa + swimming pool

- Bar + living room/library

Exercise required the meditation on the flatness, the horizon and the cliff. The project discourse takes place between compaction and disintegration. It was essential to investigate the fact of inhabiting a place for a certain time.

Projects IV-V 2012/2013

Cadenas de San Gregorio street, Valladolid.

- Space to accommodate polychrome wooden sculptures - Plaster reproductions rooms - Space to accommodate busts reproductions

Exercise required the meditation on such a charac-teristic location in which the proyect should emerge, thinking about the different facades that appear in the surroundings. Building should be proposed as a mechanism that run different parts of the museum properly.

Old town Bragança, Portugal

- Performance/multifunction space - Exhibition space - Artists housing

Exercise did not have a specifi c plot, but students could place the project in the desired location. Selected idea uses the wall as scenic backdrop. New activity center for this portuguese city to help revitalize its most characteristic place.

Exercise did not have a specific plot cause it must respond in a way that help any required pla-cement for mast. The discs will be set with the specific program for every required situation.
