  3. 3. When you go shopping for suits, you should expectthat the salesperson will take all yourmeasurements: shoulders, neck, chest, sleeves,waist, and inseam.If there are parts of the suit that doesnt fit right, itcan be altered. In some stores, alterations aregratis, and in some they charge.
  4. 4. How the Suit Should LookHere are some hints on how a properly fitted suitwill fit.
  5. 5. CutThe jacket should lie very smoothly over theshoulders and across the back. It should lookproportional to the physique it is covering. Thelength of your jacket should cover your entire butt.The back should end where your butt meets yourleg.
