Big innovations disrupting the industry
Watch the best bits from Amsterdam
The world-class agenda featured some of the biggest names in food innovation. From the world’s largest organisations to the faster growing start-ups, Food Innovate 2018 was truly inspiring.
Nestlé kicked off day one sharing how they’re innovating quickly in response to fast-changing demands. Mallow & Marsh then shared how they found their niche to beat the competition.
One of 2017’s most innovative companies, Chobani delivered a keynote on day two.
They were followed by Research & Innovation VP at Groupe Bel and later Diageo’s Global Innovation Director took to the stage.
The attendees too were experts in their field seeking new ideas for their next big NPD project.
The event brought together 32 case studies, 150 industry experts from 121 companies.
We’ll be back in Amsterdam on 13 – 14 May next year so get the dates in your diary.

In recent years, the delegate community have suggested that three days out of the office is becoming harder to justify. In response we’re condensing the event into two premium days of networking and learning. This will increase agenda quality, attendance numbers and engagement.
