obstacles surfaced during the completion of this
report.
This report is made on “TEAMZ INTERNATIONAL”
and has been prepared as a part of the course
requirement for OPERATIONS AND PRODUCTION
MANAGEMENT. The material compiled and
presented in this report is a result of exhaustive
work.
This report has proved to be an extremely
instructive and creative experience. For this, I
would like to thank my course instructor “SIR
HAMZA KHALIL” for providing me an opportunity to
prepare this report.

The main purpose of this report is to identify the
factors to enhance business of Teamz
International and to give the solutions of those
problems that they are facing currently which has
becoming a barrier in the results

OBJECTIVE
Teamz International is keen to assure the maximum
quality during all stages of production following the
all principles of quality control systems available in
the modern era.
We provide proper training to the individuals under
strict monitor systems.
Member of Teamz International are motivated to
share their ideas in the development and the
betterment of the company. Teamz International
getting his share in Tea business by wholesaler,
retailers, hotels, tea shops and huge numbers of
institutions and educational canteens.
ORGANIZATIONAL
HISTORY
TEAMZ INTERNATIONAL was established by SHEIKH AHSAN UL HAQ
founder of the company. The word TEAMZ was created with the computation of
the first word of his ardent sons/family members and soon Teamz International
was flourished and has a strong self distribution network and appeared as a
reliable Tea company in Business community. Under the slogan HAR LAMHA
MORNING KA MAZA and lazzat k haqiqi mainon k sath i.e. (Every time is like
Morning time) and (with the real meaning of taste) the entrepreneurial business
man SHEIKH AHSAN-UL-HAQ who wanted to make his special blended tea as
a popular and approachable drink for everyone with a high quality on reasonable
prices.
After a great thought the brand name came into the market by MORNING TEA
the idea behind the brand name which is the symbol of enlightens and freshness,
that means the product has quality of freshness and taste, the message is that
whenever the person drinks MORNING TEA, he feels that time is just like
freshness at the time of MORNING.
Teamz International rigid in process of quality control system, ensures that the
finished product confirm to stringent quality specification, that fully meets with
the requirements of Q.C.S.
Teamz International had participated in massive International trade events one of
them is Expo-2005, the biggest exhibition in Pakistan, more then 58 countries
were participated in this event, Teamz international introduced itself as a second
tea exporter in Pakistan. By this event many of the peoples appreciated the
attractive and exclusive designs of all products of Morning Tea.
The reason behind Teamz Interantional’s success is their focusing on customer
relationship management policy (CRM) by rendering extra ordinary services,
quality and by fulfilling their reasonable demands with due respect to their valued
customers, in result Teamz International wins the hearts of their consumers.
These activities added new dimensions to their marketing activities making them
more attractive, exciting and interactive as possible.
This successful journey of Teamz Interrnational continues towards up with its full
force and getting day by day achieving targeted goals by using their day by day
increasing experience. Therefore, Now It is progressing tremendously in the
particular directions to gain new heights by work and efforts, by introducing
quality products for the betterment of tea taste for their tea lovers.
ABOUT TEA
Tea is the agricultural product of the leaves,
leaf buds, and internodes of the CAMELLIA
SINENSIS plant, prepared and cured by various
methods. "Tea" also refers to the
aromatic beverage prepared from the cured
leaves by combination with hot or boiling
water, and is the common name for
the CAMELLIA SINENSIS plant itself

its quality i.e. color, fragrances liqueur, taste and strong effects

SWOT ANALYSIS
STRENGTH: All companies brand strength is their customer,
because they feel that their customers are their assets. Though,
they give supreme importance to their customers. Therefore, there
customer are loyal and sincere to the product.
WEAKNESS: Production becomes integral aspect when they
have to render the brand to the market. Operations and
production effectiveness increasing the factor
OPPORTUNITIES: As far as the opportunities are concerned,
they avail the benefit that their pricing is low as compare to
the other products and their target market is intellectual
where they don’t have to face their competitors.
THREATS : This factor is due to their consideration BTL
advertisement activities. They are lacking with the latest
technology due to which they are unable to provide
their services on time and efficiently.
RECOMMENDATION
After having the whole research, we have come to an end
and we have analyzed that the company needs to start more
advertisement with efficient team work which will
ultimately increase their performance. Company is also
recommended to establish tea vending cafeterias to
facilitate the consumers.
As far as concern with the IT Depart they are lacking with
the latest technology machineries due to which they are
unable to get success. Thus, they should install new latest
machineries for their rapid production that will enhance
their work capabilities easily for employees effectively.
These are the major aspect that depicts in their
Organization which lacks them to move step further for the
betterment. Therefore after implementing all these
recommendation my research will depict the consequences
which will definitely at least fetch those improvements that
will reflects there on-going commitments towards
improving the quality in a most competitive market.
