Weather Report Good weather was forecast for most of the day, but rain was due to arrive in

late afternoon, early evening. The late starters did get wet!

Course Report In good condition firm fairways with bouncy runs but the aprons and greens

were receptive. Greens were true but slow as the following week was the Open event weeks for

the club.

Golf Format There were 45 golfers in the event playing in 3 balls. Players were split into 2

divisions as follows:

Div.1 0 to 14 handicaps, Div.2 15 to 28 handicaps

Competition was a Stableford, Full handicap with a nearest the pin on Hole 15 and nearest the pin

in 2 shots on the 18th.

3 ball teams were as follows:

We had an excellent meal served in the dining room. The menu was:

The Dining Room

Well done to all those that won a prize well done. To all that came, I know that

many of you enjoyed your day at Broadstone. I thank you all for supporting the
