OUTRIGGER TRANSPORT TABLE


These portable assembly bins were designed for a medical device company. The customer needed to move parts for assembly from their stockroom across a parking lot to the assembly room. The top panel needed to have a shelf and bins for storage of the components and was required to rotate and lock in place for easy access to both the front and back. The bottom cart was designed to have storage shelving with tote bins. The workstation will assist population of internal components bytilting towards the worker on a hinge with pre-set angles of 15, 30 and 37.5°. The bottom cart and top panel workstations will both act as supports for the “mating and fastening” of the two separate pieces into one complete machine. Also includes asoldering iron holder shelf that moves from side to side and front to back as needed.
