A story about a hardworking man
(and his cat)
There once was a very hard working
man who shall remain nameless.
His wife and his doctor
told him he worked too hard and to
take a vacation
So he went to the second happiest place on earth... Disney Land
He was relaxing and spending time with a mouse
When the phone rang...
With some sad news...
Sir, your cat is on the roof.
The next day the phone rang again...
Sir, your mother
is on the roof.
Without better control of time and labour, Ghana’s financicial cat is on the roof
Every day, 950,000 government workers are paid to serve the good people of Ghana.
That is enough people to fill almost 24 Ohene Djan stadiums to full capactiy
Unlike soccer fans who pay for tickets to attend a game, the workers actually get paid to attend their jobs.
Without a system, do we know who shows
up for work or when? Are our stadiums full
or empty?
It has been estimated that up to 90,000 “ghost employees” receive pay every month... more than two Ohene Djan stadiums.
What does not having a system cost?
A.$1,000,000B.$5,000,000C.$50,000,000D.None of the above
Would you believe over $330,000,000?
That is a lot of cheese!
$3,300,000 for processing$24,000,000 for losing only five minutes per day
$91,000,000 for human errors$216,000,000 for ghost employees
That IS a lot of cheese!
Is there a way to stop losing and start saving?
YES! With biometrics and easy to use software.
Your dog recognizes you...
and so do hand readers.
Biometrics are the ultimate in security.
Everybody’s hand is unique and it can’t be lost, stolen or borrowed
Very easy software makes it all work.
All time and pay is calcuated automatically
Go from clock-in to pay slip with 95% less work and 95% more accuracy.
What would Ghana do with an extra $330,000,000 every year?
More schools?More hospitals?More roads?More clean water?
Let us help you get the cat safely off the roof.
And don’t
worry, your
mom is just fine!
