Dockless Vehicles• Permit Launched: August 1• Compliance deadline: August 15th

• Now deploying to equity zones and complying to all regulations

• Lime launched 150 e-bikes• Averaging 55,000 trips per week in August, Lime hit

the 1 million ride mark this week

Melrose Avenue Bicycle Boulevard/ Pedestrian Improvements

Baker Street Traffic Calming 3.3 $110,595 Construction scheduled: October

Covington Street Separated Bike Lane and Bike Boulevard

1.2 $91,350 Construction delayed due to building construction. Scheduled for October.

Biddle Street Bike Lane .58 $58,000 Completed

St. Lo Drive Separated Bike Lane 1.2 $260,000 Stakeholder meeting held August 21, construction delayed to next year.

Downtown redline changes- E. Monument Modifications Completed

Downtown redline changes- Maryland Ave Modifications $50,000 Construction delayed due to building construction. Recently enforced MOT and parking, permit through 9/16.

Big Jump Study Study $63,000 Tasked and scoped to WSP/ Toole Design Group.

• August 30th is TOUR DU MORGAN with Morgan State.

Training projects:• Bulletin to be sent to all districts with e-scooter, bike and pedestrian laws.

Will offer to ride/visit each district.• Approved to submit an in-service training proposal on e-scooter, bike and

pedestrian laws. Focus on: crash data, experience, laws & infrastructure, common crashes.

Observations:• Reduced dockless vehicle speed limit in the inner harbor is reducing conflicts.
