Ingredients:

• Cricut Expression

• Cricut Cartridge - “Sweethearts”

• i-top button (medium)

• Heat N' Bond

• Piece of felt for backing cut to approximately 4” (optional)

so that it stays in place while cutting.

• Set your Cricut to blade depth = 5; speed = Medium; pressure = Max

(Note: depending on your fabric & blade condition you may need to

adjust your settings from these.)

• Cut out the following pieces out of

one of the patterns of fabric:

<Flower3> + card + shift one at size:

4”, one at size: 3”, one at size: 2.5”, one

at size: 2”

• Cut out the following pieces out of

the other pattern of fabric:

<Flower 3-S> one at size: 3.5”, one at size: 2.75”, one at size: 2.25”

• Remove the paper backing from all of the flower pieces.

• Take all of your flower pieces to your sewing machine. For each

flower piece fold it in half (wrong sides together) and stitch down

the center. Then unfold and fold again the opposite direction and

stitch down the center so that the seams will create an X on the right

side of the fabric. You can trim your threads if you want of let them

be loose like mine.

• Free hand cut out a approximately 2”

circle out of left over fabric.

• Using your i-top and the button

pieces, make a button.

• Hand sew or glue your flower layers

together and top with the button. If

you glue them you will want to weight down the flower with a

heavy book while it drys. (Note: I sewed mine.)

• Hand sew or glue a pin backing onto the piece of felt. Hand sew of

glue the felt to the back of the flower. (Note: I glued mine on.)

Allow to dry before wearing.
