Autumn ReedJOINED MCAC:I joined the MCAC in 2005.So this is my sixth year.
Favorite verse:Isaiah 41:10“So do not fear for I am with you; do not be dismayed for I am your God; I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand!”
Advice for the team:Play every game as if it’s your last because you never know when it will be taken from you.
Future plans:I plan on attending Ball State and majoring in Elementary Education.
JOINED MCAC:I joined 2006
Favorite verse:My favorite verse is Psalms 94:2 “My soul yearns,
even faints, for the courts of the Lord. My heart and my flesh cry out for the living God.” I love this verse because it tells me how much madly, in-love, obsessed I need to be with God. This is how much
I want to be with my Savior.
Advice for the team:Never give up. I don’t care how frustrated you are or how wrong you’ve been treated, either
on the court or in life. I’ve definitely had my share of difficulties these past five years. And
I’m not gonna lie, more than once I’ve wanted to quit. But I never did. No matter how hard the season was, I never quit. And it ALWAYS proved to be worth it in the end. I’m gonna
miss you guys!
Future plans:My future plans are to go to Bethel College
and study youth ministry. I want to get my degree in that so I can be a youth pastor and help
struggling teens in impoverished places in a big city like Chicago. I cannot WAIT to find out what other big things God has in store for me!
