Eligibility for Test Accommodationsfor Students with Disabilities
IEP or 504 plan must specify theaccommodations to be used for testing.
Accommodations may not be provided ifIEP has not yet been signed by thestudent’s parent/guardian.
Accommodations may be provided if a504 plan is being developed for a student.

sleep. Give your child a hearty breakfast on the dayof testing.
Encourage your child to relax, but to try hisor her best.
Encourage your child to answer allquestions.
Send them to school with plenty to read forwhen he/she is done with the test.
Be sure to get medical documentation if your
child must be absent.
