To Whom It May Concern:

I am pleased to offer my comments on Mr. Stephen Koch.

I have known Stephen since 2005 and I worked with him to prepare Bill 101, Mandatory Energy Efficiency Labeling of houses at point of sale. I introduced Bill 101 prior to the Ontario Green Energy Act and it was included in that legislation, in the Province of Ontario.

I am presently looking at ways that I as a member of provincial parliament can convince my government to move forward more quickly with conservation and greenhouse gas reductions and I again called on Stephen to provide guidance.

Stephen understands environmental issues, policy processes and people.

It is my pleasure to provide this reference for Stephen Koch.
