Wednesday, June 25, 2008 .M&E vs Space Planning (နရာ ာထားသတ္မွတ္ျခင္း) M&E Systems တြရ နရာ အက ယ္အဝန္း အပ္ခ က္ ဟာ အသံ းျပ ႔သ ေတြ (ဝါ) နထ င္သ ေတြ၊ ဒသရ ႕ရာသ ဥတ အေျခအေန၊ ေနမႈ အဆင့္အတန္း၊ အေဆာက္အအံ အဆင့္အတန္း Architectural Design (ကာ င္းေတြ) ပၚ တည္ၿပ အမ းမ ပာင္းလ င္ပါတယ္။ အပ္ခ က္ေတြ ဟာ GFA (Gross Floor Area: ေပါင္း နရာ အက ယ္အဝန္း ဧရ ယာ) , footprint (အေဆာက္အအံ မည ထပ္ မွာ ႐ွ အ႐ြယ္အစား ပံ စံ)floor to floor height (အထပ္ တစ္ခ အျမင္)Geometry အခ းအစား Architectural Expression တြေပၚမွာ အက းသက္ေရာက္မႈ ႐ွ ပါတယ္။ Space Planning Phase မွာထ က M&E space ( အပ္တ နရာေတြ) က မႇ မႇ တတ ၾက တင္လ ာထား သတ္မႇ တ္ထား င္ခ ့မယ္ ရင္ အပ္တ အ႐ြယ္အစား သင့္ေတာ္တ နရာ ရေစႏ င္ပါတယ္။ နရာ အပ္ခ က္ စဥ္လ ာထား Space Planing for M&E systems ဟာ Architectural Design Process မွာ အခက္ခ ဆံ းျဖစ္ န္ေခၚမႈ တစ္ရပ္ ဖစ္ေပမ းတက္မႈ ပ္မ႐ွ ေသး ပ္ငန္းစဥ္ တစ္ခ ပါ။ အေဆာက္အအံ အႀက းစားေတြ မွာ သံ းေလ့႐ွ Central Equipments ( ပင္မ စက္ပစၥည္းေတြ၊ က ယာေတြ။) ဟာပံ မွန္ အားျဖင္ႀက းလည္းႀက း၊ မင့္လည္းျမင့္ေလ့႐ွ ပါတယ္။ ဒါေတြတပ္ဆင္ထား႐ွ ႔ရာ အခန္းေတြ၊ နရာေတြ မွာ က္ႏွာက က္ အျမင့္က ပံ မွန္ အထပ္ေတြ ထက္ တစ္ဆခြ စ္ဆ လာက္ ျမင့္ဘ အပ္ပါတယ္။ ပံ စံျပထားတ Chiller Pump တြအတြက္ အခန္းဟာ 8.35m (၂၇ က ာ္) အျမင္ ေတာ့ ပံ မွန္ထက္ စ္ဆေလာက္ တာင္မက အပ္ခ က္ပါ။ Chiller Plant မွာ Chiller အတြက္ သာမက Condenser/Chilled Water Pipe Header တြ၊ Pumps တြအတြက္ လံ ေလာက္ မွ ့ေနရာေတြ အပ္ပါတယ္။ ေနရာ မွာ အပ္တ Structural Support တြ၊ Logistic Path ပစၥည္းေတြ သယ္ယ တပ္ဆင္ ႔၊ လွယ္ဘ တြ အတြက္ လမ္းေၾကာင္း၊ က္ေတြ၊ Electrical Control Panel တြ၊ Pump တြ စနစ္တက ထားသ င္ဘ ႔၊ Operating & Maintenance (လည္ပတ္ဘ ႔၊ ျပင္ န္းသ မ္းထားႏ င္ဘ ) အစ႐ွ သျဖင္.. အပ္တ ့ေနရာ တြက ႀက တင္ ာထား သတ္မွတ္ထား ရမွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ Commercial Building တြမွာ ႐ွ Ductwork တြ lighting Wiring တြ run ကလည္း ခက္ခ ႐ႈပ္ေထြးၿပ Ceiling Void Space 600mm to 900mm (မ္းမွ လာက္) အပ္ ပါတယ္။ Ceiling Cavity မွာ Beam (ရက္မ၊ ပ္) တြ ပါလာ တာမ ဒါေတြက လည္း ထည့္သြင္းစဥ္းစားရ မွာ ဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ဒါ႔အျပင္ က္အမ းမ ( HVAC က္၊ ရသန္႔ပ က္၊ ရဆ းပ က္ းသတ္ Sprinkler က္၊ စသည္ . ) ဟာလည္း ႐ွ ေန တတ္ပါေသးတယ္။ က္ေတြ အတြက္လည္း နရာ တာပါပ တစ္ခ ႕ေနရာ တြမွာ Beam က ေဖာက္သြားခြင္ရႏ င္တာမ Ceiling Void Space အပ္ခ က္ က အထ က္အေလ ာက္ လွ ာ့ခ င္မွာပါ။ Beam က ဖာက္သြားခြင္ရဘ ႔ကလည္း ကန္႔သတ္ခ က္ေတြက ားပါတယ္။ Structural Strength က လံ းဝ မရပါဘ း။ ဥပမာ ပာရရင္ ပထမ Penetration ဖာက္တာက လက္ခံႏ င္တ Beam ဖစ္ရမယ္။ Pre-stressed Beam အထ မခံတ Beam ဖစ္လ ႔မရဘ း။ နာက္Beam အလယ္ 1/3 အတြင္းမွာပ ျဖစ္ရမယ္ (ဒါက Stress နည္းတ Neutral Axis းတ ့ေနရာ က ပါတယ္။ အတြင္းမွာ ဝင္ဆန္႔ေလာက္ေအာင္ ႔အ႐ြယ္ျဖစ္ရမယ္ေပါ႔)ဒါ႔အျပင္ Penetration တစ္ခ တစ္ခ ၾကားအနည္းဆံ 2D (2 x Diameter Gap or 3xDia Center to Center) ကြာရမယ္၊ Column (or) Beam Joint ကေနအနည္းဆ ံး ဘယ္ေလာက္ကြာရမယ္၊ စသည္စသည္ ပါ႔ေလ။ ေနရာမွာ M&E Pipe တြက Center-to-Center 3D ႔သာ ဆင္ရရင္ က ေတာက္ေတာက္ အ႐ ပ္ဆ ံသာမက Support ပ္ရလည္း ခက္တာ မေမ့ပါန ႔။ အရင္က Post တြမွာ M&E System တြရ ႐ႈပ္ေထြးမႈ က တင္ျပ ့တာဟာ System တြက Overall Planning က ဘယ္ေလာက္အထ အက သက္ေရာက္မႈ ႐ွ မွာလ တာ သတ ျပ ေစခ င္ ႔ပါ။ Conceptual Planning Budgetary Purpose မွာ သံ းဘ ႔ရာ နရာ ဧရ ယာ တြက တ္က ခန္႔မွန္းရာ င္ဘ အၾကမ္းဖ င္း အပ္ခ က္ တြက အာက္က Table မွာ စာရင္းလ ပ္ေပး ထားပါတယ္။ Table ...
