IATA’s mission is to ‘represent, lead and serve the airline industry’. It has some 260 member airlines that represent 83% of total air traffic. Airlines International is IATA’s principal means of communicating with senior management in its member airlines. It is the authoritative voice of the international air transport industry, respected by its 24,000 plus readers. It informs airline management, industry associates and government officials about the latest trends, analysis and developments in the airline industry, as well as IATA’s policies, projects and services.
The multimedia magazine is published bi-monthly and is distributed in print to its 8,000 global circulation by airmail. It is also available as a tablet app, and via the new Airlines International website (www.airlines.iata.org).
Airlines International is the official magazine of IATA – the trade association for the world’s airlines.
