MEDICINE AND SURGERY IMAT TEST – A.Y. 2020/21

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES / MAP OF THE FIERA DI PADOVA

In order to comply with Italian law and Veneto regulations for the control and containment of the

SARS-CoV-2 virus / COVID-19 candidates must:

enter the Fiera alone. Access to the Fiera will only be granted to candidates who have signed

up for the test.

read carefully Annexes 1 and 4 and follow the given instructions by accessing the Fiera in

the given time frame to avoid overcrowding.

look at the map (Annex 2) to access the Fiera from the correct entrance.

always wear a medical mask inside the Fiera;

use a hand sanitizer before accessing the Fiera and any time it is required by the supervisors;

access the pavilion (padiglione) and sector (settore) in the given time frame and surname

letter, written in Annex 1. Time frames are based on birth dates. Candidates must carry:

a valid I.D. document;

a filled, printed and signed copy of the self-certification in Annex 3.

Listen carefully and follow the instructions given by the supervisors.

N.B. Candidates who did not pay the test fee before the deadline stated in the Italian Ministry

Decree of June 26th, 2020 n. 235 must also carry a receipt of the payment in order to attend the

test.

ANNEX 1: ARRANGEMENT OF CANDIDATES IN THE FIERA DI

PADOVA

Premise

Candidates have been arranged in the Fiera di Padova in ascending order by their date of birth,

as written in the Italian Ministry Decree of June 26th, 2020 n. 235. Twins will not attend the test close

to each other.

Time of arrival is determined upon the first letter of the surname.

Candidates with access arrangements

Candidates with access arrangements must not follow the aforementioned timetable: they need

to access the Fiera from the Padiglione 7, at 10.30 a.m.

The test for candidates with access arrangements will take place in the Galleria 7/8.

Candidates born between November 13th, 1976 and April 9th, 2003

PADIGLIONE n.7 – entrance from Via Tommaseo:

SETTORE A: Candidates born between November 13th, 1976 and August 29th, 1999

SETTORE B: Candidates born between September 2nd, 1999 and May 31st, 2000

SETTORE C: Candidates born between June 1st, 2000 and December 31st, 2000

SETTORE D: Candidates born between January 1st, 2001 and April 21st, 2001

SETTORE E: Candidates born between April 22nd, 2001 and August 18th, 2001

SETTORE F: Candidates born between August 19th, 2001 and November 30th, 2001
