MUTATION AND TITLE DEED CUM PATTADAR PASSBOOK

Mutation is a process through which Owner's name or his particulars like

liabilities get changed because of some type of transactions. The type of transaction may be one of the following:

1. J-Slip-Sale through registered deed. 2. Inheritance - Change of Ownership because of death of the Owner. 3. Division of Land within the Family. 4. Pledge / Release - Change in liabilities because of loan from bank or repayment to bank. 5. Court Decree - Based on the Court Order. 6. Alienation - Conversion of land from agricultural to other purposes. 7. Acquisition by Government for Public purpose. 8. Grant of Land by Government to Poor People. Procedure for applying the Request at Kiosk: - This section contains instructions for the operators of the MeeSeva web application to apply for Mutation.

1) In MeeSeva home screen, under List of Services, select Revenue Department

as depicted in Figure 1

2) In Revenue Department Select Mutation and Title Deed Cum Pattadar Passbook ” Service as depicted in Figure 2

3) “Mutation and Title Deed Cum Pattadar Passbook ” Request Screen

Displayed select applicant type as depicted in Figure 3

4) Select NRI (if applicant type is NRI) and select Service type and enter identity of NRI as depicted in Figure 4.

5) Select document details as depicted in Figure 5.

Note:

1. Based on the Mutation Category and Mutation Sub Category application details

6) Select Mutation Category as Succession and enter Succession details and click

7) Enters Applicant Details, Permanent address and Address to send the e-passbook details and select delivery type as depicted in Figure 7.

8) Collects the necessary supporting documents as indicated in the service page and scans the same documents and uploads into the system as depicted in Figure 8.

Note: Please note that all the mandatory fields have to be entered; otherwise request will not be accepted by the system. Note: Please Note that Operator has to select the Permanent Address of the applicant correctly as the concerned Mandal officials visit this place during the verification of his/her Land details.

9) After uploading the necessary supporting documents, Click “Show Payment” clicks show payment button a popup displays with Address to send the e-passbook verify once and confirm the same as depicted in Figure 9.

10) After Clicking on “Show Payment” button, it will go to Conform Payment. Collects the amount from the customer and submits the request by Clicking on “Conform Payment” as depicted in Figure 10.

11) On confirmation the receipt will be generated as shown below along with the

SLA as depicted in Figure 11.

12) If applicant type Indian citizen, select Indian citizen ,Service Type and Enter Aadhaar number as depicted in Figure 12

13) If authentication type is Biometric, select authentication type as Biometric and select Bio metric device Type and clicks Authentication button as depicted in Figure 13.

14) Clicks on authentication button security Warning window displays, check the acceptance check mark and click on Run button as depicted in Figure 14.

15) Select Thumb type and place the finger into device and clicks capture button as

depicted in Figure 15.

16) After place the finger into device. It captures finger print and displays message like Image Captured, and clicks continue as depicted in Figure 16.

17) After click on Continue button message displays like successfully authenticated and Documents details page displays as depicted in Figure 17.

18) Select document details as depicted in Figure 18.

19) Select Mutation Category as Succession and enter Successor details and select

authentication type and click authenticate Button as depicted in Figure 19.

20) Enter OTP which is received in Mobile (Registered with UIDAI) and clicks Verify OTP Button as depicted in Figure 20.

21) On successful authentication message displays like Successfully Authenticate and successor details displays in grid as depicted in Figure 21.

22) Enters Applicant Details, Permanent address and Address to send the e-passbook details and select delivery type as depicted in Figure 22.

23) Collects the necessary supporting documents as indicated in the service page

and scans the same documents and uploads into the system as depicted in Figure 23.

25) After Clicking on “Show Payment” button, it will go to Conform Payment. Collects the amount from the customer and submits the request by Clicking on “Conform Payment” as depicted in Figure 25.

26) On confirmation the receipt will be generated as shown below along with the SLA as depicted in Figure 26.

27) On submission, the request will go to respective Department workflow for further processing.

28) Once the request is approved by Department, then Pattadar Passbook will be dispatched through courier to the customer’s address.
