This annual calendar features many

different types of art from residents of Watermark

communities nationwide. We will host our Fountains Art Show

on May 23rd, but we need YOU! All forms of art are welcome.

Ever since Natacha was a child she’s had a green thumb and could

grow almost anything. She has now past her green thumb down to

her own children whom she enjoys gardening with a few times a

week. Since taking over the Garden in Memory Care, Tasha has

made quite the improvement with the help of the residents . She

has planted everything from flowers to veggies and now herbs. Join

her on her weekly Garden adventures for her Watermark University

class, Plant Ya Now...Dig Ya Later. We are so happy to have her be

apart of our Gardens Family and we look forward to see what

sprouts up this spring.

Watermark for Kids is a non-

profit organization committed

to empowering underserved

kids to express their

character, leadership,

creativity, compassion and

spirit to truly express their

true selves and thrive. Come meet Elliot, our newest Watermark for

Kids candidate. Elliot is a strong local gymnast, eager to grow her

skills as both a gymnast and a leader. She has made special treats

to sell in the community to raise funds to go to a summer camp is

dedicated to strengthening their skills, but empowering them to

feel more confident in their accomplishments both on and off the

mat. Join us on May 6th at 2:oopm in the Auditorium to watch

Elliot demonstrate her abilities and learn more about her!

ThrivingAs you may know, each year we choose two amazing & out of the world

extraordinary outings for the enjoyment of our residents. The first one of

the 2016 year, we've decided that we’re going Glamping at Westgate River

Ranch! Glamping is much like camping but with slight twist and is much

more glamorous. Our Residents will get to experience all the great perks of

camping, such as sleeping in canvas tents, learning how to build a fire with

the help of boy’s scouts and of course, Smore’s at the campfire. We will be

spending the night at West Gate River Ranch were they offer wonderful

activities like archery, mini golf, catch and release fishing and much more.

Not to mention there’s a full concierge service and continental Breakfast. So

we would like to invite you to join us on this amazing experience all while

creating memorable memories with your loved ones. Space is limited!
