Our Client, Abu Dhabi Marine Operating Company (ADMA-OPCO), is developing its offshore concession areas for the mid-term total sustainable production target of 1 MMBOPD. The Offshore Greenfield Development of Phase II consists of major "Greenfield Construction" required to be carried out at NASR offshore for installation of wellhead towers, subsea infield pipelines, process and utilities platform, accommodation platform, flare tower, subsea flare line and an oil export pipeline.

Assigned as the Area Process Engineer of the Wellhead/Manifold Tower System of the offshore platform and completed the following process engineering deliverables: input to process design basis and description and pigging philosophy, equipment and instrument sizing calculations, emergency depressurization calculations, supercritical relief valve sizing, hydrate formation estimation, line sizing, alarms and trips setting, input to PFD, P&ID, HAZOP and SIL reviews, process drawing development, material selection and equipment/line lists.

(SPEX), Philippines Project: SPEX Asset Integrity - Process Safety Management Project Date: April 2011 – September 2011 Shell Philippines Exploration B.V. is engaged in a programme of works for its Asset Integrity: Process Safety Management (AIPSM) Project to demonstrate and document the safety and integrity of its operational facilities.

Involved in the verification of Safeguarding Memoranda, relief valve and other ultimate safeguards scenarios and capacities for the Malampaya Shallow Water Platform (SWP) and Onshore Gas Plant (OGP), Instrumented Protective Functions (IPFs), Alarm Management such as determination of trip settings, critical and standard process alarm settings by building a consistent Alarm Catalogue based on the Process Design Basis, Alarm and Trip Schedule, Safety Instrumented Function (SIF) database, Safety Instrumented Level (SIL) Decommissioning Project, Management of Change and Project Process Engineering Flow Scheme (PEFS). The process simulation software used is UNISIM Design R390, which is the standard process simulation software of the Client.

Client: Renewable Energy Technology LLC, South Korea Project: Hankook Silicon Hydrochlorination Project Date: March 2011 – April 2011

The design basis for the Renewable Energy Technology, LLC (RET) Hydrochlorination process is to support the existing Hankook Silicon facility, located in Yeosu, South Korea, capable of 4,800 TPA polysilicon production and for their expansion plans for an additional 7,500 TPA polysilicon production. This will bring the total capacity to 12,300 TPA polysilicon. RET will provide two (2) Hydrochlorination systems each capable of supporting 7,500 TPA polysilicon production allowing for Hankook Silicon to expand capacity further to 15,000 TPA.

Involved in equipment specification and instrument sizing, particularly long lead column pressure safety valves using unbalance heat method in the calculation of relief loads in the tower systems.Client: Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Project: Saudi Kayan Natural Detergent Alcohol Plant ProjectDate: December 2010 – February 2011 Saudi Kayan (SK) will be building a 50 KTA C12 to C14 Natural Detergent Alcohol (NDA) plant in its existing petrochemical complex at Al-Jubail Industrial City, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, using palm kernel oil (PKO) as the feedstock.Performed Emergency Relief Hydraulic Calculation from NDA to existing Amine flare using Flarenet, Relief Valve Contingency Analysis and Sizing, and developed Flare Design Basis and Philosophy.

Client: Singapore LNG Corporation Pte. Ltd., SingaporeProject: Consultancy Services for Master Development Plan and Concept Study for Terminal Ancillary Products and Services for the Secondary Berth and Singapore LNG Terminal Project Date: June 2010 – November 2010 SLNG has been designated by the Energy Market Authority of Singapore to develop Singapore’s first Liquefied Natural Gas (“LNG”) Terminal on Jurong Island, Singapore (the “LNG Terminal”).

The LNG Terminal is to be constructed on reclaimed land located next to the Temasek Fairway, on the south-western end of Jurong Island. SLNG desires to provide products and services at the plot adjacent to the

Secondary Berth and on available land within the Terminal Area. This Terminal Ancillary Products and Services (TAPS) conceptual study includes development of different alternatives on the desired products and services that the TAPS facilities should provide and creation of a Master Development Plan (MDP). Considerations for the study includes process design development, LNG cold energy utilization, optimization of plot usage, cost estimation, implementation scheduling and phasing, integration with other infrastructure/ installations, and risk assessment of the proposed TAPS options.

Developed four (4) out of nine (9) total options for the study, namely: Trans-shipment of LNG, LPG Receiving and Storage, Sale of Cold Energy via Glycol System and Export of Cold Seawater from Terminal Open Rack Vaporizer (ORV). Responsible for technical aspects of the Concept Study Report including, but not limited to, the overall process flow scheme, process calculation/simulation, equipment list, utility summary, line sizing, plot plan layout, hazard identification (HAZID) and risk assessment necessary for the advancing cost estimation, implementation scheduling and construction phasing activities. Directly involved in vendor coordination and provided support to cost estimators and other disciplines in the task force.

Client: Jiangxi LDK PV Silicon Technology Co., Ltd., China Project: LDK Polysilicon ProjectDate: April 2010 – June 2010

The $1.5 billion grassroots complex produces solar grade silicon for the photovoltaic industry; the Fluor-led project included photovoltaic polycrystalline silicon and trichlorosilane production.

Responsible for the 100% checking of drafted as built piping and instrumentation diagrams per comments from site and help resolve issues on inconsistencies across multiple trains.

Client: British Petroleum West Coast Products, LLC, Unites States of America Project: Carson Refinery Crude Flexibility ProjectDate: February 2010 – March 2010 This project is for BP - Carson Business Unit (CBU) to revamp the No. 1 Crude and 51 Vacuum Units to enable processing crudes with higher Total Acid Number (TAN). The No. 1 Crude Flexibility Project upgrades will include metallurgy changes to piping and selected equipment and improvements to the system hydraulics and preheat train performance that will be needed to process the new crude slates. The project will also include a caustic treatment unit to mitigate Jet Fuel TAN and associated truck loading facilities to support the treating unit.

Activities include the development of Demolition P&IDs; finalization of instrument datasheets upon receipt of the Merichem Licensor Package; and continuous update / revision of design documents as necessary to support the Define Stage of the project.

Client: Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Project: Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Complex - Utilities and OffsiteDate: May 2009 – August 2009 Fluor is responsible for engineering, procurement, and construction management of the utilities, offsites, off-plots, buildings and infrastructure for one of the largest petrochemical projects in the world - one of a series of large projects built by SABIC, a global leader in the petrochemical industry.

Client: Renewable Energy Corporation (REC) Group, Singapore Project: REC Solar Panel Manufacturing Facility – Buildings and Infrastructure ProjectDate: July 2008 – March 2009 This project is a greenfield manufacturing facility comprising of buildings and infrastructure, cell building, wafer, and module.

Assigned as the Area Process Engineer of the Compressed Dry Air System, Firewater System, Diesel Oil Area, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) System and Wastewater Treatment. Activities include the preparation of P&ID, PFD and utility balance sheets; detailed hydraulic calculation and simulation of distribution systems; generation of process design basis, process control philosophy and system interlocks and alarms table for various systems handled; specification of inline instruments and pressure safety valves datasheets by providing process data through property correlations and hydraulic calculations; preparation of equipment datasheets (pumps, vessels, tanks); relief load calculation and documentation; participated in the resolution of model review comments and HAZOP action items; review, evaluation and checking of vendor documents (specifications and datasheets) for additional revisions and conformity on the calculated design; and technical support to other project disciplines.

Client: The Silicon Mine (TSM), The Netherlands Project: Solar-Grade Polysilicon Plant ProjectDate: July 2008 – August 2008

Fluor provided conceptual and basic engineering to advance the Basic Engineering Package from the Technology provider to the Front End Engineering Design (FEED) Package for a project compromising Siemens deposition technology for a 3,750 t/a Solar-Grade Polysilicon Plant that included utilities and offsite.

Assigned as the Off Gas Recovery (OGR) Area Engineer.Client: Dow Chemical Company and Petrochemical Industries Company, Kuwait Project: Olefins II Low Pressure Polyethylene Kuwait (OL2K-LPK) Expansion Project Date: January 2008 – June 2008 Fluor provided overall management consultancy and front-end engineering services for an 850,000 tons per year ethylene cracker, a 600,000 tons per year ethylene glycol unit, and a 450,000 tons per year ethyl benzene/styrene monomer unit, as well as debottlenecking expansion for an additional 225,000 tons per year of polyethylene capacity; Fluor also performed FEED/EPCM for seawater cooling towers, polyethylene expansion of EQUATE utilities and infrastructure, and new utilities and infrastructure shared with aromatics.

Performed PSV analysis, line list completion, relief device inlet/outlet line hydraulic calculation, safety registration and documentation of relief devices, review, evaluation and checking of vendor documents for additional revisions and conformity on the calculated design, and provide technical support to other project disciplines.
