Corporate leaders, community members, family, and friends came together for an elegant evening for Men of Honor, A Salute to Af- rican American Men on Saturday, Nov. 15 at the Savannah Center in West Chester to celebrate the accomplishments of five extraordi- nary men who have succeeded against all odds and achieved special greatness. The distinguished honorees were: Dr. P. Eric Abercrumbie, Executive Director of Student Af- fairs Diversity & Community Relations, University of Cincinnati (Education) Dr. Melvin Gravely, President & CEO, TriVersity Construction (Entrepreneurship) Dr. Keith Melvin, Physician, Mercy Health (Medicine) Edwin Rigaud, President and CEO, EnovaPremier (Business) Kenneth B. Robinson, Vice President of Finance & Global Inter- nal Audit, Procter & Gamble (Finance) Each honoree received a grant from The Men of Honor Founda- tion to designate to an organization of his choice that serves African American males. This year’s grant recipients were Envision Children, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Scholarship Program, Masonic Lodge Pythagorans, Alpha Delta Boule Scholarship Program, and Elementz. Men of Honor, A Salute to African American Men was presented by Toyota, Cintas Corporation, Mercy Health, Procter & Gamble, and the University of Cincinnati and produced by The Abercrumbie Group.
