Altruist delivered interesting and thought-provoking sessions at our school on issues relating to mental health with useful pointers on how to identify stress levels. At school, this awareness raising has proved very useful with staff understanding how levels of stress can lead to mental health issues.

I would recommend this training to all schools/staff.
