Hello and good evening it’s lovely to see so many of you here at this South Kilworth inaugural ball. On behalf of the FOSKS ball committee I hope you all have a memorable evening and a big thank you for supporting us at this event. This evening came about because several people felt that a village ball would be a lovely occasion. As you are aware Mrs Martin, Mrs O’Boyle and Mr Murphy are retiring after many years service and we wish them all the best for a happy retirement. Several parents myself included are also moving on and this is just an opportunity so say a big thank you to all at South Kilworth School. Good Luck to Angelia Dewes as the new head teacher from September. It really is a wonderful school in a lovely village that we should all be proud of. Thanks must also go to the village hall committee for helping us to coordinate this evening. A big thank you also to all our sponsors who are men-tioned in this menu and as always their generosity is very much appreciated. It has been a privilege to chair the committee that has helped to organise this evening. Please enjoy you never know we might do it again! Eileen Burd
