With over 25 years’ experience in the catering industry, Wild Garlic has an

excellent team who will be on hand to prepare delicious dishes, and serve your

guests in the magnificent surroundings of Tyn Dwr Hall.

Four tiers of Welsh cheese presented as a wedding cake,

serving up to 75 guests*

Comes dressed with figs, grapes, cheese biscuits, chutney and Welsh salted butter.

Once ‘cut’, the cake will be taken into the kitchen, portioned, and will be brought back out on wooden platters for your guests to help themselves.

The CheesesPerl Las

Perl Las is unlike any other blue cheese, strong but delicate, creamy with lovely lingering blue overtones.

Perl WenThis modern Welsh soft white cheese has the fresh citrus but creamy flavor of Caerphilly,

with an underlying hint of sea salt. Extremely moreish!

Golden CenarthThis Champion of British cheeses is a semi-soft cheese which is washed in cider,

and develops a pungent savory flavour with a nutty aftertase.

Garlic & Herb CaerphillyGarlic and mixed herbs are added to the cheese, producing a subtle savoury taste over the

creamy fresh flavour.
