COLLEGE CARD College card is issued to every student after the completion of
admission process. It is a necessary part of the uniform. It must
be fixed at the left pocket of the shirt or the coat.
FINANCIAL AID Various scholarships are given to the students on merit. The
students receive scholarships of various categories such as
Mora Scholarship, PEEF Scholarship and scholarships from
Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Bahaudin
Zakariya University and Muncipal Corporation. These
scholarships are given according to the rules and regulations.

FEE CONCESSIONS The Principal has the authority to give half fee concession to
the ten percent students after the admission to college. Further
concession is also given to the deserving students besides this.
However, this concession may be withdrawn in case of the
student’s failure in showing good results.
RED CRESCENT SOCIETY FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Red Crescent Society Financial Assistance is provided to the
deserving students on merit.
SOCIETIES Every Deptt. of the college has its society. In order to adorn the
students with good manners and impart good religious
education to them and keep them abreast of national ideology,
the college commences its day with a recitation from the Holy
Quran, the translation of the verses and the play the national
anthem. Different societies have been formed to awaken to
awaken hidden faculties of the students. They can satisfy their
urge through these societies.
THE EMERSONIONS (OLD STUDENTS UNION) Old students union has been established in the college.

Realizing the undeniable importance of creative activities the
college has ample literary and cultural activities for its students.
The college arranges many debate, tutorial and speech, Qirat,
Naat competitions from time to time during the academic
sessions. Prizes and certificates are also given to the winners
and participants.
Students Career Counseling Centre All the students of College are guided for the selection of their
Career. A Team is working under the Supervision Prof. Amer
Hafeez Malik.
SPORTS Realizing the undeniable importance of health, the college has
ample sports opportunities for its students. The college has an
Annual Sports Day along with many sports activities from time
to time during academic session. Prizes certificates are also
given to the winners and participants.
LIBRARY The college library contains a vast collection of important, rare
and modern books on all subjects including dictionaries and
encyclopedias. An information pamphlet is issued from time to
time that contains particular information about the recently
purchased books. The teacher as well as the students can avail
utilization of library books.
MAGAZINE & GAZETTE The college Magazine Nakhlistan has historical significance
with regards to its articles on literature research and creative
work. Its every number is considered a special number. It is
published once a year. It is adorned with the writings of
students and college teachers. All the students can participate in
it provided that the writings are original and up to the mark. It
is printed in four different languages Urdu, English, Punjabi
and Saraiki. The Principal, the Chief Editor and the Editors are
its patron. All the same, the student’s editors are chosen on the
basis of writing competition. Every student can get a copy of
the magazine free of cost.
MEDICAL FACILITIES The college provides proper medical facilities to the students.
The college owns a dispensary of its own. A part time doctor
visits the college and for the assistance of the doctor a
dispenser is also available. He remains present in the college
dispensary during college hours.
HOSTEL (Girls & Boys) The college provides hostel facilities to both boys and girls
students of the college. The college owns separate hostel for
boys and girls. The admission to hostel is given on merit basis.
TRANSPORT FACILITY The college provides transport facilities to both boys and girls
students of the college. College busses have different routes.
Bus card is issued to the students from the office of the college.
CANTEEN The college owns a canteen where good quality food staff is
available during the college hours on affordable rates.
IT CENTRE The college owns an up-to-date IT Centre where different short
and professional courses are offered to the students.
CONTROLLED EXAMINATION DATA CENTRE All the Results of the students are controlled / Computerized in
this Centre.
VIDEO CONFERENCE ROOM Well equipped video conference room was established with the
collaboration of HEC.
DIGITAL E–LIB The college owns the most modern Digital E–Lib with internet

SCIENCE LABORATORIES The college owns 09 up-to-date Science Laboratories for the

COLLEGE EXAM For the internal assessment of the college students the college
test is held in January every year.

course contents are followed while for BS 4-year

equally by B.Z. University.
MULTI – PURPOSE HALLS College owns two beautifully constructed huge multipurpose
halls where various academic and co-curricular activities take
place for time to time such as Exams, Literary and Cultural
Competitions, Seminars and Functions.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
ADMISSION
The admission schedule for Post Graduate (M.A. /
M.Sc.) Classes, BS (4-Year) Undergraduate Programs and First
Year class will be announced in the National Newspapers.
The students must get College Prospectus from the
college office and submit their admission form within the due
date given in the schedule.
For First Year: (F.A, F.Sc, ICS, I.Com), BS 4-Year,
M.A Part-I classes the schedule for admission will be
announced in the National Newspapers. This schedule will be
strictly observed.
The students are directed to come on the day of
admission along with their parents or guardians. They must
bring with them their original documents as well as the attested
photo copies of the same. The following documents should be
enclosed with the admission form:
1. School / College leaving certificate.
2. Result Cards of Matric, F.A, F,Sc, B.A, B.Sc.
3. Character certificate.
4. Five passport size coloured photographs in blue
background
One attested from the front and four attested x 1 x on
the back.
1. N.O.C in case of other Board or University.
2. In case of service, nomination certificate, permission
letter from the concerned office.
3. In case of disabled candidates, a certificate from M.S
Civil Hospital, Social Security.
4. Agreement
5. Photo copy of National Identity Card (If the candidate is
18 years of age or more). Otherwise B-Form is required.
6. Photo copy of Computerized National Identity Card of
Father / Guardian.
Note: The age of the candidate should be maximum 18
years for the First Year, 22 for BS 1st semester and 26 for M.A /
M.Sc. Admission will be in accordance with the admission
policy of the Government of the Punjab.
ADMISSION IN ,M.A / M.SC. CLASSES M.Sc. Zoology, Botany, Economics, Physics, Chemistry,
Mathematics, Statistics, M.A. English, Urdu, Political Science,
Islamiat, International Relation and Education.
Admission to Postgraduate classes will be according to the
schedule announced in the national newspapers. Both boys and
girls are eligible to get admission in M.A / M.Sc. Admission in
the college will be accordance with the admission policy of
Government of the Punjab. The students who have passed their
B.A/B.Sc. exam at least in second class or who have got 45%
marks in the said subject are eligible to apply for admission. All
the applicants have to take the admission test. The formula is as
under:

FINE / PENALTY 1. If a student remains absent for one period or for one
day, he have to pay Rs.10/- Per day.
2. The student who remain absent before or after the end
of summer / winter / spring holiday, will have to pay
Rs.10/- for each day. However, this will not exceed
Rs.100/-. 3. If the student does not attend competition classes and
practical classes, he will be charged Rs.20/- for each
period.
4. If the student does not take the college examination, he
will be considered as failed. He will be charged
Rs.200/- per paper for absente in December & Pre-
Board/University tests.
5. Without uniform a student will be charged Rs.150/-
while in case of incomplete uniform fine rate will be
Rs.100/-.
6. Rs.200/- up to maximum Rs.1000/- is a fine rate of in
case of breach of any discipline.
7. Bringing of camera, tape recorder or cellular phone in
the college premises is not allowed, otherwise a student
will be charged Rs.1000/- and the things shall only be
returned on the written request of the parents of the
students.

CODE OF CONDUCT: (EXPULSION FROM COLLEGE)
The college expects from every student either male or female to
act upon the college code of conduct and show better behavior
like a responsible citizen. The principal can expel a student
who fails to show good results, remains absent or involve in
any objectionable activity. The college student should keep in
mind that the college authority can check any student any time.
CODE OF ETHICS: (PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES)
All the students (Male or Female) of this college are instructed
to strictly follow the code of conduct set by the college. Some
key codes are:
No Mobiles, No Smoking, No Political / Illegal Activities.
CHANGE OF SUBJECTS
The change of subjects is for intermediate students only and it
can be available once according to the given time period as
notified by the office after paid fee charged by the BISE,
Multan.
RE – ADMISSION
The student can avail re-admission only ONCE by paying a
fine of Rs. 150/- with the following conditions:
1. He / She is not overage.
2. The gap is not more than one year.
3. Had good conduct during the previous stay.
4. The Principal accepts the justification.
HOSTEL STUDENTS
Hostel students are bound to follow all the rules and regulations
of the college. In case of any violation of the rules disciplinary
action will be taken strictly.
DRESS CODE (UNIFORM)
College uniform is compulsory for every student of the college.
Colour dresses are not at all allowed in college. In case of
violation of dress code fine or any other punishment will be
imposed.
