Responsibilities• Oversee and manage daily operations, leadership and direction of Metro 1 Properties.• Develop and coordinate all sales and marketing activities to achieve company goals,
objectives and performance measures. • Maintain existing client relationships to ensure continued business opportunities.• Grow residential opportunities by cultivating a new pipeline of potential business.• Recruit, train, manage and motivate sales team to uncover prospective new business.• Assist sales reps in the development and execution of new business by providing
proactive and strategic thinking.• Monitor, analyze and evaluate sales performance and adjust strategies to achieve
objectives.• Keep the organization informed of market needs and competitive information relative
to markets and competition.• Foster relationships with developers to gain representation opportunities.• Represent company with a strong reputation and presence in the local community.
Requirements• Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s in business or real estate preferred.• Bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and verbal. Language skills in Portuguese
and French desired.• Minimum of 3 years residential real estate and management experience.• Excellent written, analytical and oral communications skills.• High-level presentation, written and verbal communication skills.• Excellent customer-service skills; demonstrated ability to maintain strong working relations with both internal and external clients.• Must be available to travel as needed.• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software package preferred.• Must have Florida real estate license.
