violating ethics and moral, because

Abraham Samad as the head of KPK must

be fair and obey the law not violating the

law and doing authority abuse.

According to the Consequentialism theory,

that case be judged for incorrect case

because the result from those action can

harm the other people and perform

authority abuse for his own need.

But according to Deontology theory, that

case can be judged for correct case

because the motive from those auction

was to help Feriyani Lim make her passport.

Abraham samad’s case about doing

document forgery for Feriyani Lim was

incorrect because it violated the law.

If seeing from the fact, this case was made

deliberately because the data was from

2007 which just had been revealed in 2015.

With the distance for 5 year, this case

shouldn’t be exaggerated because it was

not harm for other people, but it look like

finding other people’s mistake.
