    Dear Mount Holyoke College Alumna,

    As your Alumnae Association president, I am thrilled to invite you to Reunion 2009.We all anticipate an exciting weekend o rekindled riendships, memories, and warmconnections. This reunion is particularly meaning ul to me, as it will be my last aspresident. It has been my privilege to serve the alumnae community these last threeyears, and a pleasure to meet and become closer to so many o you. It has also beena great pleasure to welcome our new executive director, Jane E. Zachary. Jane joinedthe Alumnae Association in January, and is looking orward to her rst Mount Holyokereunion!

    Our theme or this year,Never let go o the laurel chain,expresses one o thelasting values o Mount Holyoke. The laurel chain has always symbolized our ties toone another: to our classmates, to the alumnae who have gone be ore us, and to thegenerations who will ollow us. Reunion is also a time to renew our ties to the College.We return to see the splendor o the campus in May, and to re-experience the strongbonds with pro essors and others who helped shape our lives. Many o us are alsojoined by amily members and riends who share with us the joy o reunion.

    The Alumnae Association and your class o cers have worked and planned ormore than a year to bring you a rst-class reunion program. The weekend includes

    workshops, lectures, dinners, a picnic on the greenand time to savor the companyo your classmates. This brochure shows you highlights o the weekend and answersquestions alumnae o ten ask.

    HousingAlumnae and guests are housed in College residencehalls. Due to space constraints, most classes are housedin two or more residence halls, with one designated as

    the class headquarters. Room accommodations arecom ortable but not luxurious. Linens, pillow, blanket, atowels are provided (all beds are singles). Please notethat residence halls do not have air conditioning. Roomsare locked; however, we recommend that you leave itemo value at home. The Willits-Hallowell Center houses tLoyalty Class (with overfow to a nearby residence hall)and alumnae and guests with special needs.

    Parking

    Please do not park on Route 116you will be ticketed.You may temporarily park on the access road adjacent toMary E. Woolley Hall to register. Parking on campus is loading and unloading only. At registration you will receparking in ormation along with a campus map.

    rom the exit.

    From the north: Travel south on I-91, take Exit 16 (HolyoSouth Hadley), and ollow the directions rom the south.

    From the Mass Turnpike, east or west: Take Exit 5(Holyoke/Chicopee) and bear to the right. At the end oramp, turn le t on Rte. 33 or ve miles to Rte. 116. Turight onto 116 and drive approximately 1.5 miles north tothe College.
