-Economic evaluation of flaring/venting at this site must be re-evaluated annually in accordance with the Saskatchewan Upstream Petroleum Industry Associated Gas Conservation Direction (S-10). If flaring at this facility is greater than what has been approved, the licensee must re-submit the aforementioned economic evaluation. Upon request, the licensee must provide an updated evaluation to ECON within 5 working days. If the results of the associated gas conservation evaluation process indicate that conservation is required, the well or the facility must remain shut-in until conservation is implemented.
