Identify the industry-oriented Science and technology innovation potentials in connection with the national research priorities

Designate a High-Level Working Group (HLWG) in charge of setting up a National Strategy for Technology Transfer.

Set up a strategy for each priority sector in partnership with the business sector including field-relevant technoparks and clusters
