B2 Roseville, MN 55113 RE: TH 36 / TH 95 Grading (S.P 8214-114) and Saint Croix River Bridge Construction (S.P. 8217-12), Natural Resources and Recreational Resources Questionnaire, Washington County Dear Mr. Clarkowski: The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) received a Natural and Recreational Resources Questionnaire for the above-referenced project on February 16, 2004. The DNR has had a long history of coordination and input on this project (20+ years) and currently have staff members on no less than five advisory groups. I believe circulating the Questionnaire at this point in the project could cause some confusion and/or redundancies to the existing information groups and lines of communication that are already in place. Therefore, I am not sending it to DNR staff for formal review. I have attached the Questionnaire to the cover email for their information.
