CARDIAC, THORACIC AND VASCULAR SURGERY

Cardiac surgeons specialize in heart surgery and also perform thoracic surgery (surgery of the chest and neck) and vascular surgery (surgery of the arteries). These physicians are part of TMC’s Texoma Heart Institute, which offers the region’s most established and comprehensive heart care program.

CARDIOLOGY

Cardiologists diagnose and treat heart and vascular conditions using medications and interventional procedures including cardiac catheterizations, balloon angioplasties, rotoblation, atherectomies, bare metal and drug eluting stents.
