Put all the different daals in a bowl and wash them properly. Soak them in water for an hour and then drain. Place all the daals in a pressure cooker and add turmeric powder, salt and two cups of water to it. Then pressure cook for three whistles. Take a non-stick kadai and heat ghee for a minute and then add cumin seeds. As the seeds split add the ginger-garlic paste and the chopped onions into the kadai and fry it for a minute under a medium temperature. Then put all the chopped tomatoes into the kadai and add some water and cook it for 2 minutes. Put coriander-cumin seeds powder, chilli powder and garam masala and stir them well so that all the ingredients are mixed properly. Cook it for two minutes and then you can add the curd and coriander into it and stir them well. Once the gravy is ready you can pour the daals into the kadai containing the gravy. Stir them well and cook it for two minutes. Then you can serve it.
