Intermediate Goal #1: SBAC

By May 2016, ML,SES, SIS/SMS SUB will increase our average percent proficient on the Smarter ELA and Smarter Math based on cohort performance from the 2014-15 school year.

Buildings will individualize goals based on performance on the 2014-15 cohort results. Decision making on appropriate goals may be difficult at this time as we do not have historical data to support indicators of how cohorts will perform.

SIS/SMS Intermediate Goal #2: PBISIntermediate Goal #2 (SIS/SMS): PBIS

● Stayton Intermediate School will see a 5-7% increase of positive feedback in the areas of 7-11 on the Positive Behavior Support Survey.

● Stayton Middle School will see a 2-4% increase of positive feedback in the areas of 2, 5-7 and a 4-6% increase of positive feedback in the areas of 8-11 of the Positive Behavior Support Survey given to our students at the end of the 2015-16 school year.

● The survey will be given at the 18 week mark. The PBIS teams in both buildings will look at data and create action plans for the remainder of the year that will focus on weakness areas and create plans designed to finish the year. The survey will then be given again at the end of the year to determine final results.

Intermediate Goal #2: Staff Collaboration

By May 2016, ML, SES, SUB will increase the collective efficacy within our individual buildings as measured with our PACT and Collective Efficacy survey tools focusing on specific need as indicated by staff surveys.

Buildings will individualize their specific goals in this area using data collected on the PACT , TELL, and Purposeful Community Surveys.
